
Conrad C. Rolling

BIOGRAPHY
Conrad Rolling is a business attorney who earned his law degree from Loyola University College of Law, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. Conrad’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and business matters and commercial transactions.
Before joining Miller, Sullivan & DeMarcay, Conrad served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a New Orleans based technology company. His experience leading legal, operational, and strategic initiatives gives him firsthand insight into the challenges businesses face as they grow, complete transactions, and manage risk.
Earlier in his career, Conrad practiced corporate and commercial law and litigation, representing businesses across a broad range of industries. He also served as the founding Executive Director of the Louisiana Craft Brewers Guild, where he helped build the organization and supported legislation that enabled Louisiana breweries to operate on-site taprooms.
Outside of the office, Conrad enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
