About Sarah
Sarah Guidry joins the firm as a transactional associate. Sarah received her Juris Doctorate with a Certificate in Civil Law, from Tulane University Law School. Prior to attending Tulane, Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Louisiana State University
Sarah focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business planning, corporate governance and general business and corporate matters.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys gardening, tennis and spending time with friends and family.
